Aventura, FL--Louis Cohen, founder and president of LBC Design, has recently been commissioned to finish and decorate seven luxury condominium units in South Florida.  The commissions come from absentee owners seeking complete turnkey design solutions, a designer-ready niche in which the creative consulting firm specializes. In total, Cohen will be decorating and project managing more than 25,000 square feet of space this year.

At Turnberry Ocean Colony I & II in Sunny Isles, he is playing up the ocean views from both a five-bedroom and a three-bedroom residence by creating a light transitional look that has neutral colors and clean line furniture. Stone and wood flooring and extensive construction carpentry work are also a part of Cohen’s turnkey package. 

Two grand homes at Bella Mare on Williams Island are also being graced with his creativity. One features traditional styling while the other is decorated with eclectic antiques.  Both properties are privy to Cohen’s creative expertise via custom furniture and the addition of built-in media center and bar.

At Mediterranean Village, also on Williams Island, Cohen accentuates the building’s charming European-style and open floor plan optimizing on the natural light.  With a new kitchen, master bath and widespread carpentry work, this residence will be move-in ready. 

At the expansive penthouse in the Peninsula, he is creating a contemporary space complete with modern accessories and artwork. The new construction ceilings and space plan that Cohen brings will modernize even the inner-workings of the residence. And, the traditional two-bedroom at The Point will also be extensively themed to enhance the interior.
