Aventura, FL— City Park Aventura, the city’s first major mixed-use lifestyle community, celebrated the launch of residential sales with an exclusive grand opening of the new 2,000 square-foot sales center on November 19th.

Joining in the celebration were over 500 VIP guests including City of Aventura Mayor Susan Gottlieb, City of Aventura Commissioner Billy Joel, and City of Aventura Commissioner Michael Stern, who welcomed the project to the city by presenting an official “Welcome Letter” to partners Sky Development, Inc. CEO Yizhak Toledano and David Levy, Sky Development’s director of new development.

“We are excited about the opening of the sales center and to be in the position to present the city with its first multi-use project,” said Levy.

Designed by world-renowned Arquitectonica, which designed the project itself, the sales center features a 5’-x-8’ scale model of the entire community, plus residential bathroom and kitchen vignettes and renderings of the bedrooms and living rooms.
The sales center aptly reflects the look and feel of the residences with finishes such as marble and hardwood flooring, a large outdoor deck with patio furniture, and plasma TVs showcasing a virtual tour & site renderings.
