Cancun, Mex. - Genesis International Realty, a full-service sales and marketing firm focusing on destination markets in Central America and the Caribbean, recently hosted a private broker preview to introduce Maioris Tower, a waterfront condominium development being built in Puerto Cancun.
The event took place at the Grand Oasis Hotel with 55 international brokers, from Spain, England, the US, Canada, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela in attendance.
The presentation was conducted in Spanish with simultaneous translations in English. Brokers were  educated on financing and property tax laws in Mexico and were given valuable information on what investors need to know when purchasing property in the country. Following the presentation and luncheon, guests were escorted on a tour of the site.
Later that evening, brokers were treated to a formal dinner party hosted by Maioris International Group, one of the most renowned urban developers in Mallorca, Spain.
“We wanted to create a welcoming environment that served to educate,” said Elisa Garcia, president of Miami, Florida-based Genesis “Dining, mingling and touring is conducive to establishing a successful business relationships with these brokers and ensuring they truly understand our project and the transaction logistics so they can sell it to their clients in their home countries.”
