Brickell, FL-- Genesis International Realty, a full-service sales and marketing firm focusing on destination markets outside the US, recently hosted a private broker preview to introduce Jaco Bay Ramada Condominiums and Resort in Costa Rica. The event was held at Centro Restaurant on Brickell Avenue and featured cocktails and sushi along with a presentation for the 150 real estate professionals. Also in attendance was Walter Fonseca, Consul of Costa Rica in Miami.
Elisa Garcia, president of Genesis, gave a brief speech about Ramada. Alvaro Valverde, marketing director for Grupo Zeta, the developer of the project and one of the largest developers in Central America, also addressed the brokers before Garcia announced the winner of a drawing for a trip for two to Costa Rica.

“In light of the declining market here, we present brokers with new, viable options that represent an alternative to Miami projects,” Garcia said. “Costa Rica is one of the most promising emerging markets for real estate investment, and a project that has both Grupo Zeta and the Ramada brand attached to it is worth considering because they are among the most well reputed names in the area.”
Jaco Bay Ramada Condominiums and Resort will include a 72-room Ramada Hotel of five-star amenities with four-star service. The hotel will be surrounded by seven 10-story, beautifully designed towers of 38 luxury condo units each. Each of the deluxe residences in the residential towers can participate in the Ramada Plaza Hotel rental program, known as the RCI program. The fully furnished two, three and four-bedroom units are priced from the $300s to $800s.
