Miami, FL --- Genesis International Realty has joined the real estate brokerage marketplace as a full-service sales and marketing firm focusing on destination markets outside the US. The Coral Gables-based firm was born from Elisa Garcia and Graciela Gonzalez’s, president and vice president of sales respectively, desire to marshal their 15 years of experience into an opportunistic firm.
Since its founding earlier this year, Genesis has already been commissioned for Maioris Tower in Puerto Cancún, Mexico, Jaco Bay Ramada Condominiums and Resort in Costa Rica and Maioris Pacific Tower in Panama. They have sold over $100 million to date, and project 2008 revenues to be $300 million.
The company currently specializes in pre-construction, resales and conversions for well established and well known developers in Cancún, Costa Rica, Panama and St. Maarten. Services offered include strategic analysis and planning of properties, marketing and intensive sales support. Their strength is in their ties; the two women leverage their expansive network of brokers in Central and South America, Europe (Spain, England, France and Italy), the US, Canada and the Caribbean to draw clients to these new locations. The company also prides itself on its track record for introducing represented developments in high entry barrier markets.
“Having capitalized on the real estate boom in South Florida we felt it was time to tap new markets – the hottest up and comers in the western hemisphere” said Gonzalez. “We seek these markets out five years prior to the trend so that our clients have the best opportunities at the best prices with the best potential for equity growth.”
“The markets we are in are global attractors because each has good investment potential in the short, medium and long terms,” added Garcia, “Strong economies, political stability and proximity to the United States, Canada and South America are among the selling points, in addition to beautiful beaches, tranquility and luxury that each provides.”
Maioris Tower in Puerto Cancún, Mexico, being developed by Maioris Group, one of the most renowned urban developers in Mallorca, Spain, is a private for-sale community situated on more than 800 acres of unspoiled oceanfront on Isla Mujeres. The 20-story Maioris Tower will offer access to an 18-hole Tom Weiskopf Championship Resort Golf Course as well as a mega yacht marina and private beach club. The 92 two, three and four-bedroom all flaunt spectacular views of Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres. Prices range from $436,000 to over $2 million.
Grupo Zeta, one of the largest developers in Central America, is developing Jaco Bay Ramada Condominiums and Resort. The project will include seven 10-story, beautifully designed towers of 36 luxury condo units each and two penthouses. It is located within a walking distance to a 72-room Ramada Hotel of five-star amenities with four-star service. Each of the deluxe residences in the residential towers can participate in the RCI rental program by Ramada Plaza Hotel at no cost. The fully furnished two, three and four-bedroom units are priced from the $300s to the $800s.
