 GM Atrium, LLC has appointed Denise Anderson Da Silveira as Executive Project Manger at the Atrium in Aventura, a boutique 192 unit condominium project now in its last stages of sell out. A licensed real estate broker, Da Silveira has more than twelve years of experience in the real estate development industry.
Since Da Silveira began at The Atrium, two models have been designed and installed as well as a complete redesign of the lobby. Over 20 million dollars in new sales have been contracted and over 38 new units have closed. Currently The Atrium is over 85% sold out.
Da Silveira has expertise on both Florida coasts managing real estate sales and development for both residential and commercial real estate projects ranging from medical office to residential condominiums.
