Antares Development introduces El Santuario Wellness |

Houston, TX —Antares Development, an international financial company focused on global market investments, recently announced the debut of El Santuario Wellness Village, an exclusive, master planned community focused on wellness and tranquility in Houston, Texas.
El Santuario will comprise of 341 eco friendly residences overlooking beautiful lakes and an 18-hole signature golf course designed by Gary Player. Residences will be entitled to the “wellness home” official certification, which includes water, energy and trash recycling and optimization systems as well as maximum energy efficiency, water and air purifying systems.

The first phase of the project is open for sales to both, investors and future residents. 20% of the project is now under reservation agreements, with residential lot prices ranging from $125,000 to $230,000. The developer will be offering financing to potential buyers with a 30% down payment and 70% financing under fixed, monthly payments. Incentives such as guaranteed repurchase programs will be available under the “SR5” program.
