Miami, Florida – The Realtors Commercial Alliance of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RCA Miami) announces the Legends Panel to be featured at the Commercial Super Expo & Real Estate Conference:

Leading innovators in the South Florida commercial real estate market Hank Klein, Cushman and Wakefield; Edward Easton, The Easton Group; Kenneth Rosen, CCIM, Kendar Real Estate; and William Biondi, Miami Asset Management Company; will be part of this premier luncheon panel. Thomas Byrne, 2008 RCA President, of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors, will moderate the panel.
Byrne noted, "The Legends Panel is a who's who of commercial and investment real estate and is a 'not to be missed program.”
After 12 years of success with the Commercial Expo, RCA Miami is taking this event to a higher level. The event is expected to attract more than 300 commercial real estate professionals to the expo and conference program.
“We are bringing to South Florida top national and regional speakers focusing on topics as diverse as advance letter of intent to running your own commercial brokerage firm,” said Jose Juncadella, 2009 RCA Miami President.
The conference program will feature three keynote speakers, including Jerry D. Anderson, CCIM, Executive Managing Director, Sperry Van Ness Florida, who will present Natural Behaviors of Successful Brokers.. Partner association CCIM South Florida is sponsoring Anderson’s session. Alan Kramer, Esq., Bryan Cave LLP, will present Issues in Advanced Leasing, which will provide information on avoiding common pitfalls when procuring a lease. Robert J. Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, Managing Principle, Auburndale Realty Company, is another confirmed keynote speaker at the event, courtesy of partner organization SIOR.
Green on the Ground – How the Green Building Meets the Green Lease, a panel discussion on the timely topic of Green Building, is expected to draw strong interest from participants. The panel will feature Alan Ojeda, President and CEO of Rilea Group and Michael R. Goldstein, Esq. and Janis K. Cheezem, Esq., both environmental shareholders at Akerman Senterfitt.
