Miami, FL - City Commissioners approved plans for Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design’s (KKAID) innovative and ground breaking redevelopment project on Hollywood’s 12-acre Young Circle.
The unique mixed-use project will stand alongside the renowned circular thoroughfare in the heart of downtown. The dynamic project is being touted with reviving the city’s urban core and reinvigorating a disenfranchised portion of its central neighborhood.
KKAID designed ArtsPark Village to consist of a 22-story residential building and 8-story office building. The project is comprised of 390 luxury apartments and 35,449 square feet of retail space.
The development will also house the new “A” rated Hollywood Academy of Arts & Science charter school.
