44,000 Square Feet of Office and Retail Space available in Ocala Ocala, FL -- South Florida-based Skyrise Development Group has named NAI Realvest the leasing agent for Golf View Plaza, a new commercial building in Ocala which consists of 22,000 square-foot office space and an additional 20,000 of ground-floor retail. Prices start at $16 per square foot. Rentable space has been designed with an open floorplan to easily accommodate a single-use tenant or a tenant who needs a specific amount of built-to-suit space.
