Miami Beach, FL – Christa/Bluerock, developer of Caribbean, the luxury oceanfront condominium nearing completion in Miami Beach, has hired Ary Farias as closings coordinator. Farias, a 20-year veteran, will manage the closings process for the new 19-story South Tower, which is scheduled to begin in June. The existing six-story North Tower, formerly an historic 1941 hotel, has been renovated and will also be complete this summer with closings to follow immediately after.

An award-winning sales executive, Farias has sold luxury homes for Stewart De La Vega Group in Miami as well as the high-end condominiums Solimar, Azure and Island Pointe. She also worked for Marriott Vacation Club International for seven years, where she was a six-time recipient of the Owner Service Award and was consistently ranked the #1 sales professional.

The scope of design consultation work offered with these oceanfront abodes includes selection of fixtures and finishes; selection of décor and furnishings; and artwork and lighting consultation.  Should the homeowner desire turnkey service, the designers can also offer assistance in selecting linens, silverware, window treatments and other accessories to create a complete look. A limited number of Calypso by Caribbean residences are still available for sale, priced from $1.3 million.

Caribbean is located at 3737 Collins Ave. The project, recently named a finalist in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 2008 Pillars of the Industry Awards, will comprise 103 ultra luxury residences along with a 35,000 square-foot underground parking garage, unique to Miami Beach.
