Miami, FL— E.A. Fish Associates, an award-winning development company based in Boston, Massachusetts, has announced that it has opened its Florida branch office at its own development, Latitude One, the only Class A office building to be completed until late 2009 on Brickell. Steven Gelb, Florida managing partner for E.A. Fish Associates, will oversee operations. Other businesses located in Latitude One include Assist Card, Lyons and Lurve and Anti-Aging Aesthetic Laser Center.

Ted Fish of Round Hill Interiors (RHI), the preferred contractor for commercial build outs at Latitude One, completed the total build out for the office.
