ADD INC names Thomas Kastner senior architect for the Miami Office |

Miami, FL —ADD Inc, a premier architecture and design firm with offices in Cambridge and Miami, has hired Thomas Kastner, AIA, as Senior Architect for the Miami office. He specializes in academic and civic projects and will continue managing projects in those sectors in the South Florida region.
Prior to joining ADD Inc Kastner worked on the YMCA in Pensacola; West Palm Beach City Center, which included City Hall, the public library and museum; and Savannah College of Art & Design in Georgia, as well as more than a dozen public schools. He is a graduate of Cornel University and University of Hawaii.

ADD Inc’s recent South Florida projects include the $3.5 million renovation and repositioning of the renowned Jackie Gleason Theater of the Performing Arts at 1700 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach. The new LiveNation venue has been renamed The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater and features a “Rock & Roll” design concept. Other distinguished local projects ADD Inc is working on include 321 North, the $350 million redevelopment of the Plantation Fashion Mall; The Fountains, a 415,000 square-foot community shopping plaza in Plantation; and the environmentally-responsible Smart Growth master plan of The Village of Marbella in Coconut Creek.
