Miami, FL – The RealtorÒ Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB) has elected Teresita “Terri” Bersach, CRB, CRS, TRC, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate their 2008 Residential President.  She and the entire Board of Governors were installed on February 1st at The Country Club of Coral Gables. 

Bersach, Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Kendall Town and Country office, has been in real estate since 1994. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  She was recently appointed to serve on a special work group for NAR. 

She has been integrally involved in management and career development of associates in her branch office.  As a sales associate, she quickly reached levels of production that gave her the wealth of experience she now shares with her associates.  As a career counselor, she appreciates the testimonials of the many success stories developed within her office.  She has grown the MiamiLakes branch from 18 sales professionals to over 80 by offering coaching and accountability to her associates.  Bersach obtained her Associate in Arts Degree from Miami-DadeCommunity College.

Martha Pomares, ABR, CIPS, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, TRC of New Image Realty Group, was elected as President-Elect of the Residential REALTOR® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.
