Representatives from Landco Development will be among 1200 exhibitors at the event, which is expected to attract more than 200,000 buyers, investors, developers, city officials, financial institutions, investment funds, and real estate professionals from more than 60 countries. The focus of SIMA08 is the internationalization of the second home market with seminars, panel discussions, and speakers. This is the first time international properties to have their own pavilion.
