Construction began in February 2005 and was completed in October under the leadership of senior project director Eric Fordin. Since closings began on October 9th, Loft 2 has successfully paid off its construction loan and has closed over 85% of the project units under the guidance of Shendell & Pollock. To date, total volume closed is in excess of $103.6 million.
“Tonight is about rolling out the red carpet for those who believe in downtown’s vitality,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, RCRS president. “Our staff and developer have been incredibly optimistic and relentless in their endorsement of the downtown market. But without the buyers who are calling this newly dynamic urban neighborhood home this building and the continuing urban evolution of Miami would not have been possible.”
