Miami, FL -  Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS) celebrated the successful completion and closings of Loft 2, the second in the “Loft” series of urban high rises by The Related Group.

Loft 2 has 496 residential units designed expressly for the workforce through attainable pricing and a location proximal to Miami’s major employment centers; yet, its high-end finishes and ample amenity showcase reflect that of a luxury product. Construction began in February 2005 and was completed in October under the leadership of senior project director Eric Fordin. Since closings began on October 9th, Loft 2 has successfully paid off its construction loan and has closed over 85% of the project units under the guidance of Shendell & Pollock. To date, total volume closed is in excess of $103.6 million.
