Bal Harbour, FL –The  new luxury sales gallery for St. Regis® Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour is now open at 1170 Kane Concourse. The temporary sales gallery had been located at 1133 Kane Concourse. Operating hours for the sales gallery are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The 7,000 square-foot sales gallery is designed by the renowned Yabu Pushelberg. The firm transformed the 1960s venue, with its signature marquee, into a plush enclave that evokes the dignified look of the St. Regis® brand. In its heyday, the former venue played exclusive engagements for wealthy snowbirds.
