Miami, FL - Latitude One has a new office condo owner moving in. Assist Card of Florida, Inc. will be moving their US headquarters to the first new Class A office condominium built in the Brickell corridor. Assist Card had been headquartered on Brickell Avenue for nearly two decades.
For the past 35 years, Assist Card has been providing immediate help to travelers in any emergency as unexpected as it may be. The company relies upon its 35 years rendering assistance to travelers, coordinating necessities like medical services, transfers, and hotel expenses, leveraging its relationships with specialists in a variety of fields, hospitals, laboratories and digital imaging facilities.
Assist Card purchased 4,925 square feet of office space, the equivalent to seven units, on the 24th floor. In its new location, Assist Card will benefit from prominent signage as well a state-of-the-art building with high-tech amenities. Round Hill Interiors was responsible for the build-out of their space.
Rene Serphos, Assist Card’s administrative manager, noted, “Latitude was the ideal home for us because we wanted to continue to have a presence in the Brickell area of Miami and this was the only new office condo being built. In addition to the real estate value inherent in being the singular new office building, we gain excellent exposure being situated in this strategic location.”
The commercial component of the luxury condominium Latitude on the River, Latitude One is a 24-story ultra modern office building, located at 175 SW 7th St. on the south side of the property along the Miami River.
The Class A building has been designed and constructed with advanced fiber-optic and energy-efficient technology systems and meets all the current Hurricane wind loading codes. The entire building features full-impact energy efficient glass window and exterior door systems.
The tower consists of 231,000 square feet of Class-A office space for sale. Efficiently laid-out suites range from 620 to 18,000 (one full floor) square feet. Only four units remain, with pricing at $298 to $400/ square foot. To date, 46 office condo units have closed. By year’s end, 75% are projected to be closed.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the mixed-use community will encompass three separate components including the 44-story, 452-unit residential tower; a 10,000 square-foot building housing a retail bank, and Latitude One with retail on the ground floor including an upscale European cappuccino bar among other unique shops.
